Unless stated otherwise, the Site and all materials on it (text, graphics, logos, icons, downloads, and layout) are owned by or licensed to QNET and are protected by applicable IP laws.
You may view and print content for your internal business use. Any other use (including reproduction, redistribution, public display, or creation of derivative works) requires prior written consent from QNET.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QNET and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time (with or without notice) if we reasonably believe it is necessary for security, maintenance, or to address misuse.
