1. About QNET and scope

QNET provides regulatory and quality consultancy and representation services (EU Authorized Representative, UK Responsible Person, CH-REP, US Agent). These Terms apply only to your use of the Site and the information published on it.
Any professional services are governed by separate written agreements (e.g., proposals, MSAs, Letters of Designation). If there is a conflict, those agreements prevail for the services they cover.

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or mass-download content without our prior written consent.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or the Site’s security.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you submit.
• Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or third-party information unless you are authorized to do so.
• You grant QNET a non-exclusive right to use such submissions to respond to your request and operate the Site and our business.

Submissions through the Site do not create a client relationship.

8. No warranties

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site shall not exceed EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QNET and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands (without regard to conflict-of-law rules).
The courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/UK/CH, you may have additional mandatory rights that are not affected by this clause.

 

14. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
• No waiver: A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use and supersede prior statements on the same topic.

When can we contact you
Promotional communication: If you subscribe to our newsletter or give consent, we may send you updates and invitations. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How long do we keep your information

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose collected:

• Business contact details are kept for as long as the relationship is active.
